Velographs, LLC Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Velographs, LLC! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully before enrolling in our affiliate program.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To become an affiliate of Velographs, LLC, you must complete the application form on our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approved affiliates will receive a confirmation email and access to their affiliate dashboard.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

1. Promote Velographs, LLC products honestly and ethically.
2. Avoid any misleading, fraudulent, or unethical practices to drive traffic or sales.
3. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Velographs, LLC, in compliance with FTC guidelines and local advertising laws.
4. Ensure all promotions align with Velographs, LLC's branding and uphold our commitment to honesty.

3. Affiliate Links

1. Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link via our affiliate tracking software, Monto.io.
2. Affiliate links must remain unaltered and only be used in compliance with these terms.
3. Personal purchases made through your affiliate link will not qualify for commissions.

4. Commissions and Payments

1. Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a flat rate of $4.50 per sale on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
2. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be processed and paid within five (5) days after the end of the month, no later than the 5th day of the following month.
3. Minimum Payout Threshold: There is no minimum payout threshold; all earned commissions will be paid out regardless of the amount.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions will not be paid on orders that are refunded, canceled, or result in chargebacks.
5. Payments will be made via [insert payment method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer]. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.

5. Promotional Guidelines

1. Affiliates may promote Velographs, LLC products through social media, blogs, websites, and other platforms.
2. Affiliates are expected to provide honest and accurate information about Velographs, LLC products.
3. Affiliates will have access to promotional materials, including banners, product images, and creatives, provided by Velographs, LLC through the affiliate dashboard.
4. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including platform-specific policies (e.g., social media advertising guidelines).

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in:

1. Misleading, deceptive, or false advertising of Velographs, LLC products.
2. Using spam, unsolicited emails, or unauthorized email marketing.
3. Violating intellectual property rights by misusing Velographs, LLC's trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without prior consent.
4. Using paid advertising campaigns targeting Velographs, LLC branded keywords.
5. Engaging in activities that harm Velographs, LLC's reputation or violate any applicable laws.

Violations may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Tracking and Reporting

1. Sales and commissions will be tracked via Monto.io, our affiliate tracking software.
2. Affiliates will have access to a real-time dashboard to monitor their performance, including clicks, sales, and commissions.

8. Term and Termination

1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
2. Upon termination, affiliates must remove all Velographs, LLC links and promotional materials from their platforms.
3. Any unpaid commissions accrued prior to termination will be paid in the next scheduled payment cycle, provided the terms of this agreement were not violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Velographs, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of this agreement or participation in the affiliate program.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

11. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared by Velographs, LLC, including but not limited to promotional strategies, sales data, and customer insights, must be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third parties without written consent.
